hey everyone I'm really new with this hobby but I was wondering if anyone knew the legality regarding finds in lakes. Here In MN I believe the law declares all bodies of water owned and controlled by the DNR.  One can own lake shore but it ends when the land hits the water. So i'm not sure how that would work when the lake level is down. Anyone have any problems with tresspassing or the state not allowing you around the water when the level is down? Or how about just underwater detecting in the lakes? Thanks!
