President Trump, thru Mick Mulvaney, is asking for your input on streamlining gov't.  Please read and share.

In this web site, "Mick" Mulvaney, director of the Office of Management and Budget (OMB), working on behalf of president Trump is asking for the input of American citizens for reasonable suggestions on helping streamline the fed gov't.

What he is unaware of is a clause in the federal constitution, that if used by the American people, could streamline the gov't on all levels by forcing the different agencies to stop enforcing laws and rules that it cannot prove are needful, thus making the application of the remaining laws more fair and just.

Please scroll down to the section for comments below where it says:

Please share your idea, including the proposal and benefits. If necessary, you may include a link to a more detailed report or additional information.

Please read what I have posted below and if you would like to have a streamline process to weed out laws and rules that are merely oppressive and not actually needful, please copy and paste what I have posted below.

I feel certain that most people can think of at least one law or rule that they consider that is merely oppressive and not truly needful.

Also, please share this post with others that would like the same thing. If we can get enough people sending this same information to him, maybe it will reach a trigger level that will actually get it noticed.

Thank you.
Please send the following statement to "Mick" Mulvaney:

Art. 4, Sect. 3, Caus 2: The Congress shall have Power to dispose of and make all 'needful' Rules and Regulations respecting the Territory or other Property belonging to the United States

My proposal effects weeding out all laws and rules that fail the constitutionally mandated 'needfulness' test in Art 4.3.2 in all departments of gov't that effect American citizens on both a state and federal level.

An important right of all US citizens, that is ignored because it is not in the fed bill of rights, is listed in Art 4,3,2. It is suppose to protect us from having any law or rule imposed upon us that the gov't cannot prove is actually 'needful' instead of being merely oppressive. I feel that if that right could be made public and properly utilized by American citizens, it could eliminate a lot of needless laws and rules and thereby streamline gov't on all levels, thus making the application of the remaining laws and rules more fair and just.

A citizen of the United States is, as the courts have stated, first and foremost, a citizen of the fed gov't. The power over such people by both the states and the United States is clearly stated in Art 4,3,2.  Therein it states that the gov't only has the power to impose 'needful' laws and rules.  This was inserted to prevent anyone under the direct authority of congress from being subjected to laws and rules that are for the most part, only oppressive, and not truly needful.  Therefore, the framers tried to make sure the right not to be subjected to 'needless' and only oppressive laws and rules is absolute.

This means any citizen of the United States has the constitutionally secured right to challenge any state or fed law they are potentially subject to as not being 'needful' and only oppressive and force the agency responsible for the law or rule to prove it is really 'needful' or cease enforcement.

What American citizens need, and have an actual, but ignored constitutionally secured right to, is to be made aware of this very valuable right and have a streamlined process for them to mount a challenge to questionable laws and rules.

Since this right exists, it is the duty of the gov't to establish a free streamlined process to exercise this right because the Supreme Court has rightfully ruled that a citizen cannot be charged to exercise a right.

Yes sir this could be a 'Stepping stone' in that direction.
Also a easy way to have some real input for sure.  Wink

Never going to happen.  The People have had a taste of Socialism.  Even as limited as it is at this time they will never let it go.  They have NO Idea what Real Socialism is like.

May depend on how many millions of People make a input for the 'Streamlining' of the rules and regulations.  Most states have 10,000 new or changed rules each year combined.   Does the average 'Person' have the time to read it all?

There are new 'Term limits now' as a 'Tool to drain the Swamp'.  The President is asking for input to help further the 'Process'.  Of course this is just starting and other details maybe coming out.

No term limit on the books.  That is what the Convention of the States is going to Press among other issues that will never happen.

Hello
Don't know if any other 'Tools' will come from the president Trumps input process?
Does anyone really know at this time if the "Term limit' will not be excepted or passed in any shape or form?
