Weclome aboard!!  I have hunted arounf Wilmington and found lots of CW stuff in a single day...and oped field around there will bring up CW bits.

Go to your local historical society and read about the history of the area you want to hunt. You'd be surprised at the leads you might find.

Or just hit the archives...look at older maps and see where houses used to be..find the areas on new maps and hunt those where the hoses are missing..lots of coins ect to be found.
