Dear Sir or Madam:
I need some help please, for the pest 30 I have  searched  for the treasure of Capt William Kidd now I know you may have heard this a thousand times but after a long time I have worked out  the charts work, I know where the treasure is and ? may I say its  on land ?and in knowing  I can see why the treasure has been so hard to find and why people say that they know when in fact they do not, I can prove that I know  to any one, that I really do know how to find Kidd treasure .Now the thing is it would take a lot of money to get the treasure but the rewards would be untold in copy right est let alone the treasure itself ,The thing is I do not have any money to get the treasure and I have been looking for some one who has, and I  find it very hard , even to talk to some one let alone to  make any one believe, It seams that it will die with me if I cant do any thing with this knowledge, please believe me I do know The help I need is there any one interested or it will die with me which I must say is so sad and the fact is  that it will never be found  so can you please help

 Sincerely, Anthony,  james ,Andrews

Tony , Paul is right . There is NO Kid treasure . If you study the history of the buccaniers you should come to the same conclusion . The loot they stole was devidid between the crew . They usually had a blast when they came ashore and spent all the money . And away they went again to get some more . The share of the captain was not that much greater than any of the crew members . If the pirate was caught and at the point to be hanged they told a story of hidden loot in order to escape the noose . This did not always work for them .  Cornelius

Tony as Paul said the maps/charts are a hoax. As for studying Kidd there are folks here who have spend their life in researching him, so doubt you have any new info. As for money to dig it up, we hear this story everyday. If your project has merit there are investers all over the world who make money from investing in treasure recovery, I suggest you go to them. You can claim that you know what ever you want but until you show some proof no one will pay much mine to you.

Tony, go look at the other thread "Kidds Charts".
I did a LOT of research on Kidd, Obviously much more than You ever have.
I really can't be bothered to repeat it here - so just go look.
"Kidds Treasure" scams have been around years.
You WON'T get any backers here.... why not try "Dragons Den"?  :Smiley :Smiley

Hello tony69

I am sorry to say Paul A and Cornelius are 100% correct.

Sadly it is fact that the four Maps associated with Kidd are fakes created by Harold Wilkins to support for his book that his publisher demanded that he illustrate. The Four maps were allegedly found were allegedly discovered by the Palmer brothers. Wilkins later in life made that admission himself.

And if you go back to the History the Captain Kidd Trial: The British Admiralty did not buy it back then. They were in the best position to judge on the matter.

If you really desire to be taken seriously by any one please do not beg people to believe in your claim...

But present a well researched theory with documents or references to back up your claims.

Hardluck  Wink
