anyone have info on any treasure leads for east georgia by the ocean or some place thats not private property that i can go on and treasure hunt

you should be able to detect any public beach, and on the southern end ya may even find some remnants from the treasure fleet.

Try your local historical society- All kinds of leads if you know how to interpret them.

I have found some really nice ones in there !
