I don't like it either but the truth is, there are so many of them that they actually limit expansion into habitable areas. The land is desperately needed or there will be more overcrowding and diseases from that overcrowding. It's a real dilemma for the government there. The roads are needed as infrastructure for the expanding population. Sad, but true.

Yes but this was the biggest one and if they get away with this then before long they will all be gone just because of a stupid road that wont even be their in a 100 years time. Surely these people must have some sort of education and pride of their heritage?  Any ways it gone and so be it.

OK I'm not going to get into this discussion now but like you say treasure hunters did do a lot of damage but I don't see thous guys as treasure hunters just a bunch of looters that call themselves treasure hunters. Any ways time for bed now

The Spaniards were treasure hunters 500 years ago. They plundered and murdered the Central American natives for treasure.
