Hello everyone , the first two links are excellent , explaining the basics of magnetometer circuits . Written by Don Lancaster one of the greatest electronic authors of our time. He has written some really cool articles over the years . Also the bottom link will bring back old memories for a
few of us "like me" !! Some great assorted old projects are highlighted on the 3rd link: Wise Wise Wise...........Regards........ Waveing..Eugene52

Thank-You Cornelius , and since we are on the subject !! .................To be competitive , I predict in less than 2 years all new manufactured Metal Dectors , P.I. or VLF  will be controlled by a Pic-Chip or Atmel controller . Programming and writting your own software is not hard !! Look at the link here I posted , it is unbelievable how the price has dropped on this kits . Now all are usb powered , running from Windows 98 , 2000 or Xp !!
This is a Big , Big topic just by itself . Maybe later we will post a new thread here on this forum called pic / atmel "USB programing circuit kits "  Check the link , and there are a bunch more all over the internet and most have software included ......More comments from others are welcome Here !!!!.................... Great.............................Eugene52
