on the Rock here..van isle..kinda sucks for travel Very limited without a Fairy ride..
if yer up in Dawson Cr then google maps really have poor imaging that far north..ive looked.
MTO may prob have the best? but im sure you have snooped around there already.

I just looked try the trim othromosiac instead of BC hillshade
max zoom is about 2000m then it gets pretty fuzzy but you can make out cars in parking lots @ Dawson Cr.

there U can save & print what your are looking At/for..

Yes, some of the Google stuff is 6 to 9 years old, or older, the rest is about 3 yrs old and fairly good resolution. With updated Earth Viewer, I can get down to 200 feet above ground surface, before it starts to lose definition. Some times its closer to 150 feet.

I had some saved pics of what I thought was a building, on a remote gold creek, taken with the old viewer.... with the new viewer, I could see a pickup and a van or trailer! Same earth shot, different viewer. Those vehicles belonged to a group doing a technical survey of a mineral claim, 6 years ago! Looks like they are still sitting!  Funny

I prefer the viewables from a Canadian map and satellite group, it has some advantages and some disadvantages and uses some different satellites. I will have to look up the name and address and post it. You don't need a special viewer, either.  Wise
