I was looking at this topo map and had a question about it. I put a red arrow to point at the area in question. Do these squares represent buildings? If so, why is one a red color and the other is black?

Thanks. Good stuff there. Theres no buildings today on that site in the topo but I'm still curious as to why the different color buldings.
