It's a sculpture of the head of General Tojo buried nearly up to his eyebrows!

@pesim1

as of now we stop digging because the cement is very large and we are not sure where  the exact item located because we only had using Rods. so now we decided to had a sophisticated scanner to point us the exact location of the item,so anyone who can help us we will be glad.

@Hobbyist
yes its a lookalike head of GENERAL TOJO but whats your idea or whats the meaning of that?  thanks

 Rocks make perfect markers for the treasure location! not likely to move or be moved, looks like rocks not treasure markers, oldest trick in the book! Cool

It's all about that moment when metal that hasn't seen the light of day for generations frees itself from the soil and presents itself to me.

Time for a reality check.
1) The first photos in this thread are not of any recognizable Japanese characters. They look like a stonemason was testing his tools on a rock and found the material unsuitable for carving (note that the stone has layers which flake off).
2) Did you have the "cement" that you found tested to ascertain that is really is cement?
3) About the Gen. Tojo thing...it may be just an incomplete carving or a coincidence. If you dig further down and find a nose and mouth, do let us know!

Thunters who are unwilling to face the possibility that their "signs" may not be signs at all and dislike logical questions cannot be helped.
