What little info I can get from the US government shows that in the late 60's and most of the 70's the CIA sent a group of undercover ops to mark and bury markers all over the Philippines. The reason is still classified but the operation was lead by a officer code named Gold Digger. Will update as info comes available.

 On looking into this some more:) info on an op, I think it was codenamed " Rock Shifter".
Details are hard to come by...
 GoldDigger is also bit of a mystery , but i think he now resides in Australia,!! Cool
Hi Pinoy, the last rock with carving looks very much like the 1st ?? Is it close to the 1st rock / seperate site?
 Also interested in what was in your hand, and if you found something below the eye's.

Yeah that's him Goldn, he is semi retired but still plants a marker or two in the US southwest and a few in the Philippines just to keep busy.
