Playing devil's advocate here

The below article is written by a narcisistic holier than thou sceptic with attitude, but if you can get past wanting to slap him for being sarcastic he does a good analysis. I'm not inclined to believe that there is no mystery to Piri Reis like he claims but it is a good perspective view.

Well, I went to both website links, and I belive that the Piri Reis map being from Moslims, appears to be the most credible to me. And I agree with you, he is definitely narcistic in acting. Even his Piri Reis color map seems superior to the maps in the first website...

And if someone was actually out there in boats, from 15,000BC to 9,000 BC, then that would appear to be Atlantis people, as Edgar Cayce speaks of Atlantis from those periods. So maybe Atlantian people made the maps? Or at least did the trips, and then gave the material, as spoken by Cayce, to the Egyptian priests in Egypt? If so, that may be plausable too... There are definitely "ruins" down in the ocean, off Bimimi and going down around Cuba and the other islands. Some ancient civilization had to exist in the past, as the fish did not build those ruins...

Hi

one thing i found amazing is that, it is mentioned that the center of his map is cairo!

why i find this amazing is because of this fact....

The great pyramid of Giza was built in such a way that it is precisely centered in the middle of the world, exact center of earth, all directions measure the same North, South, West, East.

Thanks for sharing the web link.

regards

CSharp

I wish more could be found out about Paulina Zelitsky's lost city off Cuba. But that's a whole other story...
