I remember my grandfather a worldwar two veteran he once told me a story that, when the japanese soldiers surrendered they were all brought to San Fernando, La Union Poro Point.(Phil.) Ships are waiting for them to be brought back to Japan and it is there that he saw some japanese soldier draw a treasure map and exchange it to lucky strike cigarrete..... no wonder plenty of fake maps circulating .....

Dear Venjboy,

I looked at your Picture 004 and recognised it. If memory serves me correctly, I saw it in 1999 and I walked away from it.

In 2001, I got a call from an old Pinoy friend. His son had bought a treasure map for PHP20,000 and needed help to read it. I went to take a look and it was the SAME MAP. The only difference was the word "Davao" was replaced with "Zamboanga". The word "City" was the same....the letter Y had a long "tail" to it, just like in your photo. I felt sorry for my friend's son.
