I thought I clicked the quote button, but I was referring to Occasionally's post about Victorio Peak

Lonnie
You have to highlight the post or part of post you wish to post then click quote.

Occassionally will be around in awhile and can give you a link.

Lonnie, I dont have one handy and had to go through thousands of post. I dont even remember what site i found it on. It appears the new book release is all tied up in court. But the old book 40 tons of gold or something may have them. There may be a member here who has one for you. Most of my info comes from a guy up north and it may be part of his private collection. I can say I saw a picture, with the same pattern on a rock wall. It was reported in the Victorio site. I doubt that picture from Victorio Peak could help you much. Im sure there is like designs in many a old site. I love rocks as they dont rust or decay. I would have the author document the rocks in case they hold some importance, maybe do a visual search in 2 miles at every direction, then a search with a detector looking for clues. I try to just add facts to the post so I wont guess.

 Hello Lonnie

Thats a nice rock garden you have there? Some of the rocks seem to have a gold color to them. Have you had a good look at the individual rocks?
I could imagine some sort of meeting happening there, or some kind of ceremony taking place., Also one of the rocks looked as though it had a hole
in the middle ? Sorry nothing solid, just ideas at this stage.  Cool

Perhaps some sort of military look out post was built there and the rocks are all that remain, cant tell how thick the rocks stand. Or maybe Native Americans used the place to dry food in the sun or pelts, just guessing.
