Heck, GoldDigger......you know me----I soak up all the data I can get and then process it against the other data I have.   So if anyone has links out there, send 'em.

Every search has to have a starting place from which to refine, refute, verify, build, compare, refine, refute.....   In the meantime, gambol provided data no one else has recently.

Besides, if my wife finds out I'm dating (dumps or otherwise), we're all going to think Heathen1 got off easy.

Heh! LoL @BA

The age of beer cans is upon us. Woe be unto us all! We shall perish in a sea of beer.

What a way to go, eh?

golddigger1950, better is always better. I'd like to see them.
what I posted was from a brief survey of Wiki, collector sites and manufactures sites and was intended to give a ball park estimate of the age of these things when you find them in the ground. Not when they were invented or first occurrence. I know everything is plus or minus something. gambol

LoL!

The "dating" I was speaking of was boy/girl dating. Not beer can dating. However, I think more research is needed into beer can dating. We should start with a few dozen from today and work backwards.

Darn. All my cans are full. Back in a few days with a full report.
