That's a good question. Your total mass is going to effect your depth. If the items are tightly clumped, they will appear as one large object. If they are scattered about, not so much. So if they are close together the answer is yes. If they are scattered across a large area, no.

Yes I thought on objects close together which would make  something like bigger object  Smiley

Is it possible to do rough estimate prediction size/depth for example one coin on 15 cm depth and 20-30-50....50-xx-yy cm

Too many variables. If you absolutely knew you were searching for an object of a known size and mass, maybe you could come close. To do it on spec? No.

As everyone has said there are too many Variables, Example Depending what size coin it is and what size coil is used that can vary from 30cm to over 90cm and then that depends on the Coil Type and the Amount of Ground mineralization and then Then Type of detector used,, I can pick up coke Cans at 3 to 4 Feet or 120cm +.

Unfortunately, yes. Very hard to predict. If this was easy, everybody would be doing it. Right?

Lets say that you were looking for Kruger Rand coin's (gold South Africa coin) and that you knew that there were 100 coins you knew in what area they were buried and that they were in a specific jar,  then it would be possible to find out how deep your detector could detect them.
