thank you Guys for responce, I built another one withe one PCB and i gett the same problem i have cheked every Part witch LC meter befor soldring, only the potentionmeter P5 work , else nothing work , I have checked  the Voltage in input and output of all IC they all looks good ?  all the component is Original ,i have 10 pics of every part , there is 0 Voltage in the output of coil , i think that LF357n SMD is not good quality ;
Notice (i don't have 25k potentiometer) i have placed 50 k with another resistor to get 25 k ; i use its as Voltage divider
What else  Idiot C10 and C5 is two of 6 nF or two of 12 nf ; that means 12 nf or 24 nf ?

the pcb looks very poor.
looks like that some of the copper tracks are broken
try a continuity test on ALL tracks first

I have tasted all the track,,, yeah it,s look very poor in the this Picture ,but in the real all the tracks are fine

Yes bro it's the same schematic, but I used a version of one cart pcb,,, what abut c10 and c5 ,,it's 12nf or 24 nf?
