What is the best way to clean coins, mostly pennies dimes and nickles.  Some are really bad.  I have been soaking them in water helps a little.

lemon juice, or rock tumbler with fish tank gravel and a little soapy  water... are a couple ways. Look though the diff. posts. It been said many many ways...go to the home page, scroll down till you see cleaning, preservation and click on it...

It sets up a Electrolysis and Copper plates the Silver.  Turns them Orange most of the time.
