The wife came in here a little while ago and said there was some metal detecting on the TV.
Glad we got her a DVR. She was able to play it back for me Smiley
It was on Night Line with a few detectorists on one of Jimmy Sierra's trips to England.

It showed one guy that had just dug up a 1701 coin.
Another had unearthed a possible 600 year old Saxon spoon.

No one in the group found a Roman hoard but they showed a couple pix of past Roman hoard finds.

Neat stuff!!
