Sorry no pic and rather uneventful hunt today. Got out for about an hour in one of those areas that everyone will tell you is "hunted out" but that you know a site can never be completely hunted out so you look around. Uneventful hunt with about 2$ various clad recovered. Maybe I'll have more luck and time next time. I'll try to get a pic up of the recovered finds of the next hunt as well.

Yeah, the clad covered my batteries so I'm not really out anything. Would like to get out a few more times this year before it gets to cold to hunt, not sure though with the way the weather has been lately here. Also just got a "lead" on the site of an old saloon that I'm checking into. Hope to be able to check it out before the weather gets too cold as well.

BUMMER!!! Found the original site of the saloon which was very good news. Unfortunately.....years ago when it was moved off the site the site was turned into an electrical power sub-station. No detecting that. Oh well...on to the next site. Found out that across the road from that site there was a cabin that had been built about the same time and when it was torn down nothing was done with the land, it's still an open lot. Maybe something interesting there.
