As far as I know the company has been out of the business for quite some time now. There once were rumors about an upcoming new machine but nothing since for several years now. The Troys are decent machines.

Yep christain they were good detectors as had some. Was hoping he would team up with some mfg to put out another decent detector but fisher has put out about every kind of detector and price ranges to kinda flood the marked as with their other brands, I really would like to see an American company to put out a really deep detector like the Dues or the Blisstool as they are killers and can burn the ground for depth. jmho   other than brand loyal and (usa) loyal  the eastern block (Bulgaria etc) has some mean deep detectors.  shortribs

Well the last time I checked Fischer Had Dave Johnson working with them and that man has given us many firsts in the Detector world and is about the best in the world with what he knows,

Yes I like Fishers too but when it comes to raw depth whether its a whites fisher or garrett etc some of the foreign mfg's are killers. Fisher has come a long way since coming to El paso tx.  Some bright minds down their. shortribs

Really hated to see Troy give it up, Many years back, was having trouble with my X2 Shadow, called Troy, he was out,, later that night he called me at my home and talked me thru my problems, told me how to take it apart and repair my different  settings, chatted for a good while=that really meant a lot to me, seemed like a great guy Wise
