I have had one for some time now and don"t know who makes this brand of detector. ???the few I have talked to about this machine has no idea and one never heard of them.

The Companies name is  MP Detectors.  Edited:   MP Digital is the Name.

Kellyco sells them you could call them or email and ask.

I think there Chines.

I can't seem to find much on them except there on the market.   NOT GOOD.

As said I have had this machine for some time now and it works alright,hard to pin point with,but depth is good.I am using Garrett 150 ace now and it's like a whole different machine...

Hi ya sweeper

The Garrett has a better depth from what I had been seeing,Also pin pointing with the Garrett will get you closer to the target.
My mp3 pro is 7 years old and my Garrett is from last year, the mp3 was said to be made to go deeper and maybe it's in need of a tune up but the ace 150 just seems it's a better machine all around....

  J     I think it is a eight inch coil...I got this machine in 2004 and I changed nothing.bought it at kellyco. I had only used it every now and then over the years,but am getting back into the swing last year and this year as soon as we get rid of all this snow ...
