  Nothing if it's bogus.   You can't patent the basic operation of a Oscillator and call it yours.

  It's really quit comical.  They keep producing Patents outlining some  NOVEL IDEA on how to go about a task using Components that have been Designed and Produced to do the exact things they are doing.  There's a whole page after page thread on GeoTech on this same subject.  I'm sure most of these type patents are just Bluffs and couldn't hold water if challenged.   Cheesy  

In the example above after you filter out all of the BS Double Twisted Talk they are simply Sampling a Signal.   Comparing it to stored past signals or a list of known signals  (Data Base)..      :Smiley
