I am not sure because I have been hearing about it since june/july last year and as of yet nothing has happened, One guy even went and sold all his detectors August a year ago and when it fell through he had to go out and buy a second hand V3i just to tide him over.

To be honest Now I have the Coils sorted out on my MXT All Pro, I don't want any other machines, My new Coils Air test beyond what I thought possible so if I loose 30 to 50% of that in the Ground then I don't think I will have too much trouble getting to sleep that night   Grin Grin

After testing all my coils and adding a couple of Detech coils I am happy with the machine because I have the depth of the 12" concentric maybe a bit more but being a DD it can handle the hotter ground and with the Higher than normal Gain that the MXT's have with the 12" Coil they can hold their own with PI machines unless the ground minerals are excessive,, So I bought 2 14x10 DD's just in case, But I have heard from a good source that the 12x10 SEF coil helps when detecting in hot ground so I should think the 15x12 would have a similar effect.
