You really don't need to work with them. They are open to the public and you can find many leads to locations just by reading about the history of a given location.

Of course you don't need to work with them..however for the common good I feel there are some things that are better displayed to the public in a museum rather than site in a box.

Pretty much how I feel.  While I think a lot of relics are neat, if more people can enjjoy them than I can, I'm happy.  As well as keeping things in context for future generatons.  Information should be as public as possible. 

I just want the coins (and the occasional jewelry).  Smiley

Well I do want the Military stuff I dig..however everything I find at Camp X goes to the society...unless they already have a bunch of the same find..they agree to that.
All my stuff is displayed at events also..so many people get to see it and it is explained to them.
