It's an N channel JFET, low power. Any N channel JFET should work. The CD4053 has no substitute.

1-I mean how to use cd4053 or other ic multiplexer to replace two of 2n4393 .
2-can we replace 2n4393 with bf254?

   No.  BF254 is a Darlington.   You need a N Chn Fet.
