Hello Kurtie . I just know a little bit !! It is a VLF 12 khz and uses a 31x28 cm DD search coil which is great , a standard 2 year warranty . 12 volt lead battery . A very large coin to 48 cm ? Maximum detecting depth is 300 cm ? Now someone else can post field testing results , if it works good and if this machine has any electronic problems ? How deep is it Really ?
Best Regards..... Great.........Eugene

Hello Cornelius . The only thing I said , that was great about the Imperator is the 31 x 28 cm DD search-coil !!! I think the 300 cm maximum depth is not possible here , a large coin at 48 cm could be an Air Test !! I am searching for Imperator field tests and I am finding nothing !!!
All I did was find Atlantis specifications posted on ebay.
Best Regards...........Eugene

At Atlantis detectors (

) they say they are stopping with the fabrication of the imperator due to the poor assembly by an external fabricator.
They don't make them theirselves .

So it may be a good detector, but poorly assembled.
