 Hello I try to trace some small cables from a irrigation sistem.
I used  a C_Scope metal locator without results.
Can some one suply some schematic for a RF or audio Cable tracer that really work ?

Make nice with your local phone guy, most of us have cable locators capable of tracing lines.   Grin  not sure you would want to buy one as mine was 3000$

LOL!   Just use this circuit with a AM Radio as the Detector.

Isolated the two end of the wire to be traced and connect the Antenna from Transmitter to one end of the cable.
