Maybe vacuum form using anti-static plastic?  I've done that when I didn't want to change the board etc.
Ive had a hard time finding boxes that fit the bill.

A nice water resistant box can be made from a plastic food container. Look for a nice rugged freezer type. Who cares what it looks like? You only need it to work right.

Here is the box that I used. The problem is that I want to have the electronics on the shaft (Front top) and the battery at the rear of the shaft in order to create a good balance (I take great care to balance them well) I have fond some boxes but they are in the UK.

The thing is I like my things to work well but they must look good too.

Ho by the way this one is with board number 2 and not my latest board

Thanks Mudflap

I'm still not quite happy with it but I'll be sure to post some photos of it when I am (If ever) LOL

I would love to see the pics too, and hear about its performance.
I got myself a board from Silverdog some time ago, i populated it but never done anything else with it.
Still in the shed. Perhaps when winter comes and i will not be able to get out that much.

All of his stuff is tested and top notch. The only thing you need to be certain of is that you have the same revision of schematic as the board was made from. It's not hos fault that revisions come in after he made the boards but he should have a download area where you can be sure it's right. Other than that, top notch work.

Silverdog has all Required documents on his site.

Over on the Left hand side is a List.

Yep, Best Bang for the Buck, Errrr Pound!

Still don't think he is making any money on these things.
