Hi Homefire,

could I buy one from you? Or will you use both.
Sven does not offer for this price anymore  Sad
I have suggested to him to place the link to his site AND the pricelist on this forum.

The Hammerhead design has appeal to me because of the open design and the possibility I see for manipulating the design for creating digital read-out and/or changing of parameters and storing data in a database for analysis....

If Gerbers and schematics of the old version of the Mirage are published on this site may try have those made... are they?

and gentech was a typo that I copy/pasted somewhere and failed to recognize (old age I suppose)  Smiley

I will be keeping both.  What is he asking now ?  Guess I was grandfathered on the price he quoted me.  It would cost you more to have one or two boards made then just obtain them from him I'm sure.

PCB only $45.00 plus $8.50 Shipping USA & Canada or $13.00 shipping Worldwide

Add'l PCB's $20.00 each.

This is for the new version that has been improved.

I think it's up to Sven to publish his full pricelist and info package.

One PCB at 45.00USD ?  That sounds like a whole kit.

The price on Geotech was for 2016 PCB that was an old post there and for Geotech members only. A the time it was $18.00 each plus shipping as I had a few remaining boards on hand of that version.
They never were $10 each 2/$20. I did have Magnum on Steriods VLF PCB's for sale for that amount.

I am not in the business of selling kits or PCB's. But, at this time of year guys want a winter project, so I do make up a batch of PCB's and or with parts kits for those interested. I don't give them away, I have more than 5 years of time and $$$ into the design..........
This is a specialized PI, not some toy with performance capability of a TDI without ground balance. If you supply all the parts, you can build a finished PI for about $225. In retrospect, my PCB pricing is a lot cheaper than spending $1500 for a TDi or Minelab.  The pricing also only attracts the serious, keeps the scammers and spammers away who want something for nothing.
In a way there are a lot of extras that go with a PCB, support, help in building, calibrating  and a dedicated Mirage Builders Forum.
I don't advertise or post prices on forums as I am not allowed to, not being a forum sponsor. If you want more info regarding PI's and what the Mirage Pi is about, PM me your email address. And you can visit my webpages:

P.S. I do not give away the Sprint/Gerber Files of the Mirage so folks can have their own made. For obvious reasons.
