 does pretty good , quarters @ 6" big stuff @ 3`, want to add the eti 561 board for crystal control though...... Idea

My aunt bought a Jetco detector that came with two sizes of coils and a carrying case.This was back around the late 70's or early 80's... It cost her around  $175 bucks...as far as i can recall and guess what-------IT WAS A PIECE OF JUNK!!! It broke down and she took it to a shop to see about getting it repaired and the man took a look at it and said it was just a toy that she would be better off to junk it and buy a better detector. So she never had it repaired and as far as I know hasn't bought any other detector.

 Detecting not a vlf , but there was a section on mods that i was interested in trying, it was a preamplification mod in one of the forms on this site but they never got back with me ,i want to get or make a schematic to do the mods .....any help will be gratful thanks....... Sad
