Ordinarily, I wouldn't post a promise here but since you seem to be still on line, I will offer to take my Compadre cover off if it is not sealed and take a photo of the connection area for you. Before you do that, though, Tesoro has a lifetime warranty and has been known to fix even a Tesoro run over by a car and not charge a fee. Contact them.

Write to them by e-mail. It costs nothing to ask. Mine is second hand. They told me the warranty is still in effect. But later today, when the sun is up and I am back from the beach, I will take a photo for you. It's pre-dawn here in Australia and I will be out of the house until you wake up in the UK. Have a nice sleep and check this space tomorrow when you get up.

Here are the pics. I slogged through the snow, barefoot, over broken glass, fighting off scorpions and spiders, opened the cover and took a picture even though it was still dark outside. The dog thought we were leaving and now you even have him all excited.

Happy now?

The black and orange wires go towards the bottom of the board with the orange being the outboard wire. The gray and purple wires go near the center of the board with the purple being the outboard wire on the left.
