It's all about that magical moment of discovery when metal that hasn't seen the light of day for generations frees itself from the soil and presents itself to me.

Grin Cheesy Cheesy Grin   i nice poem.  well here's the scoop on the pictures i was trying to post. my computer recently crapped the bed and died on me so i had been using another one, however this one has know card reading capabilities for my cameras memory card.  i have new computer in the mail and will post them as soon as i get it.  Klondikeike was up in my area from Texas, and we went about seeking out the local history, and I was able to show him these very sights...I'll post the pictures as soon as i am able. thank you all for your enthusiasm and curiosity

Next time you're in the big city, you may want to pick up one of those five in one card readers.  I've got one "just in case" and also for when I'm travelling with the laptop".   You can generally pick one up from around $4 or $5 up to as much as you want to pay (and the low price ones have worked fine for me).   Heck, you can even find them on the World Wide Web and have them delivered to the cabin if you don't feel like going into town.  Wink

honestly....i didn't even know that they had those, I am like a monkey with a rock when it comes to technology sometimes....thanks for the advice BA, I will definitely follow through with that, because i really need to be able to have the option of using different cameras for certain types of pictures and need something to read everything that i have.  the price doesn't sound bad at all either.  thank you as always
