weldone Dave, good to hear your testing shows up the good and the bad points,
next time you want to give the 300 a whirl, that little devil will get you diggin for Britain,
my mate used it on his MXT and with the Gain at 7.5 found a halfpenny at 12" with it,
so you better get in training. so you can manage the diggin, Thanks Mate.

Dfx great beach machine with my custom settings, not so deep with silver compared to my minelab, but im on holiday in cornwall again in a miniute for aweek guess which machine im taking? the DFX with the standard factory coil, far as sand dunes beach etc they come into a world of there own readings were so positive last month I was finding old 3ds and sixpenny bits wedge beween rocks that were accessable at low tide plus I found £76  worth of loose change on the beach , my best find was a copper bracelet in between rocks, these machines do there job well considering the amount of people beach detecting these days Its proof enough.
By the way ive built the TGSL and with tests so far its proving one to be recond with , that will be my next post in the fucture .
All the best girls and boys
Love Dave
