I just take a break when needed. The other day I was out for 14 hours and took 3 10-15 minute breaks not including lunch and I was fine.  Smiley

Hi terry i had the same prob so i hip mounted mine but you have to get another shaft be it an s type or straight it also needs an extended lead which coiltek [australia] make i have 2 leads if you want to go that way,but after a few months i have eaten all my spinach and now have a right arm like popeye i use mine in its original form.its also easier for me to strap it to my 650cc scooter.awaaaaaaaaaaaaaay . Shocked Shocked Shocked :oterrys

take yourself a little break here & there.if my back is hurting bad enough,i go to a big tree and hug the crap out of it untill my back cracks~really works & feels good

I worked out with weights from time to time, and it really helped, no problems for the geezer no more, use some rubber stretchy bands while your'e watchin TV at nite, don't take long  Smiley

You really need to take a break every now and then. If nothing else get a bungee cord and use it to balance the machine.
