Police I've been using the SE Pro for about 8 weeks off and on. This particular detector
seems to work quite well and gets good depth. What impressed me most about it was
finding over 50 silver half dollars with it on a beach and in shallow water. When scooping
up the dirt I often found large rusted nails along with the coins. Being able to get these
coins among all the iron trash impressed me quite a bit. It takes time to learn this instrument and all it's various functions. It was pricey, but it looks as though it's starting to pay for itself rather quickly. This is the only version of the many newer detectors on the market that I've tried. This coming week I'll be trying a friends Excaliber in the water, if I have time I'll report on it.. Johnlaw in Va........Happy hunting
