M n a buddy was with a friend, what had the most junked out, trashy BOUNTY HUNTER, ya ever saw, well it was his only detector, had it for years, we had several top dollar machines we was a usin, and switchin to and fro, well while we was a changin detectors, and resetting, tuning up, HE WHOMPED US ROYALLY, with that piece of garbage Bounty Hunter= WHY, he knew his machine, and just what it would do, you just gotta know what your'e doin, but i still wouldn't give that BH shelf space AArrrgghhh    Wink

i gotta couple radio shack specials(bountys) they work like a champ hands down.some people will take that crap nonsense & say for kids.they are good but no f " n depth. .i know you like to exper. hold somem' under bounty. 5" max. they will find everything they run over but with the depth of JUST ENOUGH TO PISS YOU OFF. SHORT. Grin

Yes, the explorer is pretty but not easy to master. It requires quite some expirience.
