Tones after a null on sovereing gt

Hi everyone ,hope you can help me,Ive had a sov gt for about 3 months and use it in disc on most of the time,iusualy only dig 2 way signals My problem is often after a null the threshold tone changes.According to other imformation ive read a null means iron its the tone changes after the null that idont understand .Hope you can help ,best wishes corbett,

Corbett, the sov GT is an easy machine to understsand when it nulls the threshold comes back as the normal threshold tone,
If it nulls and comes back as a different tone it's because it has seen another non ferous target and it is giving you a signal to
tell you what the target is even though it did'nt bleep over the target, because it's depth of discrimination goes down as far as
it can see, that new threshold is a real good thing

I have over 1500hrs in with the sovereign GT and the only place i would'nt take it is in an Iron infested place
