Hi,

this very nice coin i did find when i was visiting a friend in may 2009. It has a diameter of 2,2 cm. Its 3 "Groescher" from Lithuania under King Stephan from 1580 AC.

I love this little knight on his horse  Grin

That is a really cool lookin coin.

You are so lucky to be able to find
such old artifacts.

Here, there is no metal much older that 1820.

Yes, Europe has a lot of history in it.  I think that the late 1700s is old, but your finds Mr.Simpson, make these coins seem like brand new. Grin  That is indeed a exquisite coin!! Nice find!! Wink

I'm really digging the coin, however, it would make me suspicious of it's authenticity. The age of the coin + Looks brand new. But nice coin any how, I Wouldn't mind having it in my collection, that's for sure.
