Good morning, to all the technicians, I suggest you try to solve this breakdown with me.
the device does not start, by turning the rotator on off, the relay does not toggle and by feeding this relay with an external source, there is a short circuit, it must come from the motherboard, the SDRAM (Samsung K4S641632K-UC60) has short circuit on the pins: 1,3,6,9,12,14,27, I replaced the RAM and the short circuit is always present, next to the RAM there is an integrated circuit:HC138 ( 74HC138) High-speed CMOS Logic 3 to 8 Line Decoder and its pins ; 4,5,6,8,16 are in short-circuit and as its datasheet gives the pins ; 8=GND and 16=VCC , I removed this integrated circuit and the short-circuit is still present , there is a real short-circuit , I tested all the regulators and all the diodes , no problem , any advice ? any schematic ?
