  As for the Coil Housings Hays Electronics use to build some excellent ones at a fare price.  Top and Bottoms.  Bill has shut down his wed site but if you contact him he may still have what your looking for in stock.  Hays electronics  Metal detector coil housings.

Within Geotech a guy from Bulgaria has been selling a pile of good Upper shells, Connecting Ears Fill with Epoxy for a while.  I can't seem to find it at this time.  If I remember right they do NOT come with bottoms but need to be filled.   Other wise we have info on Vacuum  Forming your own.  Yea hard work be not that hard.  Just some wood cut outs, a vacuum cleaner and a sealed frame.  $2.00 No Trespassing sign made of ABS. You can Heat it up to A hub cap, or what ever and let it flow down and become a form.  Just do the same with the bottom.    Other wise just do like we the Scroungers do .  Bucket bottoms,  You would be amazed at what is out there that fits the bill.
