Go Up Go Down

Been having issues with my lap top monitor.  Vertical lines on side of screen.   Today it went FULL DEAD BUG.

Being  without a Computer is not good option for me.

Had a Dead Toshiba I figured I could remove and Replace the LCD from it to the Dead one.

Dissected the Machine.  Removed the LCD.    Opened up the Other machine.  Yep same LCD Size, Connector , Screw for Screw.

Different Part Number.   What ta Ell.   Plugged it in and fired up it.    Fixed.  WOrking .  Clear Crisp Display.  Whooooooo Hooooooo.

This is  when I realized I dissected a Gateway for the screen.   Eaaaaaa ?   Everything was the same Screw for Screw.   Connector Same.

Saved my self a pile of money.   Frustrations and Pain.   I'm thinking any computer made in China is made in the same Building.   LOL

The  secret is out.
Often the only think that belongs to the manufacturer that claims to make the laptop is his label.

Leven bought out IBM.   Loved those.   Wonder if the New ones are like that.
