I have a discovery 3300  for some reason it will only turn on when i put the batteries in when i press any button on the screen it does nothing it just stays on . can anyone please help

Try fresh Alkaline Batteries.

If that's a no go it sound like a trip to First TeXes for repair.

The Ribbon cable may not be set right.

Or

Gunk got into the Key Pad.

Look in the manual and see if they give you instructions for doing a factory reset. Usually, you hold down a button or two when you turn on the power and that does it. It'll be in the manual.
