I got one with a missing EPROM and 3 chips is there someone out there that can help

Sorry, but the bad news is that probably even Minelab wouldn't try to repair that one. Sounds like someone gave up in the middle of a repair.

Look here for a guy named Woody who does modifications to Minelab machines. He may have some advice for you.

Woody too busy? I never thought I'd see the day. Call him and at least ask him what the parts are that are missing. See if he has a schematic, too. Also, ask if he has a spare PROM for you to purchase. That will at least get your started towards a repair.

Hell, finding any Schematic info from them is like pulling teeth from a Live jaguar.
