Repairing a Garrett S-3 International. The on/off-switch  tuning pot went bad, can't determine the resistance value. Anyone have schematics or know the value? Thanks

Sven,  I don't have a schematic but I do have the American S3.   I get 7.2K across the outside legs on pot.  Only numbers I can find in it are house numbers and no values that I recognize.    R1376242 / 93126

Thanks, then it must be a 10K pot as on some of the other schematics it shows 10K, sometimes 25K. I have a 25K from another Garrett. I should be able to drop a resistor across the end leads to half it. Just for threshold anyways.

Thanks
