Ok I have looked at these swingy thingys and the ez harness. Has anyone just taken a few bungy cords and a strap, belt or brace of some kind and just made one??? A picture would be nice! Grin

I did already see one, the reason I would like to make one is sometimes i get four or five days in a row I can get out. Not today...6-7 inches of snow coming down right now highs back below 15 degrees in Illinois! But usually after 3 days I am sore. So I don't think it would be to hard a project and just thought someone may have saved $30 and made one out of a few pieces laying around the house. Thanks for posting the photo though, if I cannot get directions how to make one, I guess you are right, it will be my project! DFX-Gregg

By the looks of the pic doesnt look to hard to make
If you have an army surplus store by you look to see if they have any belts are old harness and try a bungie cord on it
