Here is a schematic for a  Pulse Width Modulator . Normally when you use a speed regulator you also will cut down on the power when you slow down the motor .  With this contraption you will maintain full power on the motor regardless of the speed . I used this regulator on my ROV motors so I can say it will work .   Cornelius
