That looks like a DIY machine. I can't make out what the device may be. Mostly because I can't tell what the name of it is. Can you translate an English word for the name on the faceplate?

As far as I know, this must be copy of magnum metal detector with some "improvements". The name in english is enigma. Pots  - left top-ground, left bottom tresh, right-top discr, right bottom sens, middle bottom volume, keys: left- on/off, right - disc
