hi all, i built a pinpointer stick, with the intention of fitting it on my p.i., is there any special way it has to be connected?.
what i mean is if i put another coil socket on the case, will a quad pole double throw switch work?, or do they need to be switched electrically with a relay like an antenna switcher?
thanks ally.

someone in the know says ordinary isolated switching is ok for this, for delays 25us+ but quicker pi's say 10us etc, and it gets more complicated.
so fine for my needs, and indeed it seems to work at the moment.
