can anyone please help me?

ive just encountered a metal detector project from geotech the phaser the vlf/ib metal detecthttp://www.geotech1.com/pages/metdet/projects/phaser/phaser.pdfor here is the pdf link                do you think its good and the tlc555  is not available can you please suggest any working replacement for tlc555 or give me a good metal detector schematic cďrcuit

The TLC555 timer is a CMOS timer so you need to  get any of the other CMOS timers that are on the market, I'm not going to do the work for you but here is a link where you should be able to find another compatible 555 timer. I have also attached a PDF data sheet of the TLC555 for you to have a look at.

ive finishes it up it works perfectly it has a discrimination automatically it will not detect nails but a dime is detected at 15cm Kiss Kiss

 Good then your detector will work just fine. I do think that you detection depth on the dime is a bit low, what type and size coil are you using?

15 cm on a dime is good for the phaser. You could have used an ordinary 555 timer and it still would have worked. The CMOS chip current consumption is less an the impedences are lower. The issue with using CMOS here is battery longevity. It allows for longer battery life.
